Making Burger Patties

During this process, we'll make sure the burger patty is 80% lean meat and 20% fat. After that mix the onion and garlic with the patties. Add the salt, cinnamon, pepper, garlic, and basil to make the patty’s flavor come through.

Making Burger Bun

Our burger buns are made fresh every day. We pour the ingredients for the burger bun into the machine and make the dough. The dough will bake in a multi-zone oven in the 199–218oC range for about 10–12 minutes. After baking, cool the bread to 35–40ºC internal temperature.

Grill The Patties

After a short while, place the patties on the heated barbecue grill and allow them to scorch gently. The patties only require three to four minutes of grilling. Do not flip the patties more than once; one flip is enough for the hamburgers. Flipping more than once will reduce the juiciness of your patties.

Finalizing Preparations 

Cheese should be added over each patty about thirty seconds before taking the burgers out of the grill. Get the burns ready and then cut two buns into equal parts. Put one cooked beef patty above the bun you plan to put at the bottom together with one slice of lettuce and tomato. Now on the bun, spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard then place it above the bottom bun.
